TAKE YOUR TIME

Thoughtful Thursday are here! . NEW EDITION TO THE BLOG - THOUGHTFUL THURSDAYS. This is when I talk about issues which will make you think more, These posts will be more personal, Thoughtful Thursdays will include motivational testimonies and a  Q&A platform where sometimes I will allow you to ask me questions or advice which I can then use to uplift others.

I think the older we get, the more tasks we tend to rush but why? take your time, I say take your time.

This post is going to be a bit different, this post will be a story. This is some epic story, you learn the importance of not rushing and it's just like 'woaaaah'

So there was this builder, he was the best builder in town. The carpenter had worked for over 60 years and he was meant to be retiring in two days. The king then contacted him and stated he had one more job for him and the reward was going to be big! The builder was annoyed because that means he won't be able to retire in time but seeing as there is a big reward from the king why not? The king then stated he wanted a house built, he will cover all expenses, he will pay for all the furniture, gadgets, equipment - from gold to silver to marble! EVERYTHING! The carpenter agreed and got to work. The carpenter then realised all the expensive materials, furnitures and gadgets may take longer to come so he stuck with cheap materials so he was able to finish early. He finished the house in two days using weak, cheap material so he could get the house built quicker. The builder then ran to the king stating he has now finished the house and want's the reward, the king then states as a reward for his good citizenship he has knocked down his old house and the house which was built for the king is now his..

whoops, my guy rushed the house and now he's lost his good house for a bad one..

when you rush things you end up building a bad house and you never know.. that house may end up being built for you.
