Hey,
Motivational Thursdays are here YAAAY!!BUT ON A FRIDAYYY! WOT WOT! ANOTHER MOTIVATIONAL DAY. TODAY IS THE DAY I BRING YOU SOME MOTIVATION AND INSPIRATION. I'm hoping you're having a good week. I hope you're feeling fresh and joyful. If not, don't think of it as a bad thing there's 3 other days to go and after every dark night there's a brighter day..your bright day is on it's way.
First things first I have to say Congratulations to anyone who got into a university ! It's not an easy process and not everyone is blessed like you to get a place!
A level results day is probably the hardest day I have faced in my life, I swear to you in that one day, my motivational speaking was tested to the highest limit. I learnt HOW IMPORTANT it is to be positive, to be patient and to have hope regardless whatever situation you're in.
EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON AND I AM TELLING YOU THAT FROM EXPERIENCE!
This is not just a testimony but hope to all year 13s that are experiencing clearing or they're in a position where they don't want to go to their university and to any year 12s who failed or not happy with their results.
I didn't get the result I wanted however I am not discouraged because I will never let a letter define my destination and neither should you. in fact one of my papers was involved in the OCR scandal, due to this one scandal this effected my whole grade and resulted me to missing out on my university place, I got into my insurance choice but really and truly, I put my insurance as my insurance because I was sure that I got into in my firm (that's what you think once you've done your exams and during results day you realise the examiners are enemy of progress)
Anyway moving on I was placed in a situation where I didn't know what to do and I didn't know what was going on. Of course in this particular situation, I had lost all faith and was in a panic, however after about 20 minutes - I became the calmest person, I just thought.. do you know what... whatever happens ,happens for a reason.
Of course I was hopeful and determined to not go to my insurance, I called my firm at least 25 times stating why I should be a student and they just weren't having it. I was rejected at least 9 times. I thought what the hell is happening lol?
Today I went back to my firm hoping for one more chance and there was hope but i genuinely think that university wasn't for me and after having talks with my mum she totally made me understand that sometimes God's plan is completely different to yours and we all know that his plan is greater.
I was trying to keep positive and not give up hope, I just patiently waited for something to happen.. my patience was running low but I was still positive - a few hours later, I did then receive on offer...not from my university but from a university which is even HIGHER in rankings in comparison to my firm which originally declined me kmt. After accepting the offer and rejecting my insurance, I thought to myself, how the hell did I end up in a university higher than my firm?
Anyways over the past few days, I learned how to not just motivate myself in a hard situation but to also balance it with motivating others, I was successful in that because through keeping positive energy around me and giving out positive energy, positive things happen. I could be in a situation where I could have no uni and be in a insurance that I DONT LIKE - If you're in that situation, PLEASE HAVE HOPE IN THE SITUATION, DO NOT GIVE IN!
BEFORE A GATE CAN OPEN, A DOOR HAS TO CLOSE
I spoke a positive vibe into existence and I attracted positive energies through being positive.
THE LAW OF ATTRACTION, FAITH IN GOD AND POWER OF TOUNGE IS TOO REAL
my gate has been opened through positivity, prayer and hope.
Be open, calm and positive. You see down the road, God see's around the corner.
Maybe your greatness isn't deserved at that university but elsewhere.
Please don't be discouraged, everything happens for a reason and the reason will be a beautiful one.. if you let it be...
There is no case study today, however bill gates failed college,so did 50 cent and Michael Jordan didn't even get a place on his first basketball team....
Be patient, sometimes you're put in a situation not because the situation is meant to change but because you're meant to change.
LET THIS SITUATION PUSH YOU, NOT PULL YOU.
